Nice, modern industrial look, as described. Called Amazon and emailed seller immediately upon finding the 4” down rod included was male/female instead of female/female which this fan/light requires. Mike, from Amazon Tech Support, responded in, I kid you not, LESS THAN 15 SECONDS! Urged me to contact seller but call him back if no word from seller within 48 hours. Seller emailed me within 24 hours and I received my new part within 72 hours of that email. Included instruction sheet was pictures only and not entirely adequate but it wasn’t extremely difficult to figure out what went where. Since I needed a low profile/flush mount installation I had to cut off a significant length of the rubber wiring tube with three wires inside. Then I had to strip the now exposed three wires, run them up through the 4” down rod, screw the down rod onto the fan housing, then attach the three wires to the ceiling electrical box wiring and stuff it all up in the electrical box. My wife had to hold up the fan during the electrical connections, maybe 15 minutes. The crystal panels were tedious to attach but I took it slowly. Fan, lights, and remote all worked perfectly as soon as I turned the power back on. Very happy with the purchase so far. Perfect for our small bedroom. Thanks to Amazon and to Zhizenl.

I wanted different ceiling fans in our house. This one in our primary bedroom did not disappoint! Easy to install. Noise level is low with fan on. The only thing I can’t get right are the light bulbs but that is a completely different subject. I highly recommend this fan if you are looking for an elegant yet modern touch. Love it!

Have not had a chance to install the fan yet but will post pics when I do…(Original review)Beautiful fan and will look so cute in my daughter’s room if we can get it up. Because of her loft bed, we need to use the shorter piece that is included – however the shorter (4”) piece that was included does not work (we need a piece with 2 female parts and this one has one male and one female part). There was also supposed to be 2 14” pieces, 1 12” piece in addition to ghetto 4” piece and we received 3 14” pieces.

The product is as described although it looks smaller than pictured. But the issues that my electrician encountered with installing it came from missing and wind parts. Only was able to use the long ceiling rod as the short one was not correct and could not fit the fan base. All but one of the nuts needed to hold the four bolts in place to secure the outer shade weren’t in the package. Tried to contact company for replacement parts but can’t contact them.

Liked the lamp but didn’t realize it couldn’t be mounted directly to ceiling (my fault as it did say in description). Was missing some small screws in one of boxes (i ordered two of these).
