Little to none instructions for installation, small print and hard to read.No instructions for remote control. Can temperature display be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit?Can time display be changed from 24 hour clock to 12 hour clock?There is no website or email to find additional information about fan or contact manufacturer for additional information!!

I wish I remembered to take a photo of the fan installed but I was so frustrated troubleshooting it, I forgot. The fan itself is nice. The fan blades looks really good, It’s a decent quality ceiling fan, but the instructions are absolutely horrible. I couldn’t get all the wires connected. The receiver have a pre-wired neutral connector for ease of connection, Nowhere to connect the neutral wire (white) from the ceiling onto the fan. The solder for the ground wire (green/yellow) arrived disconnected from the extension bar (poor soldering). I would have liked to get it to work but no customer support number or contact for manufacturer. It’s a shame as I really liked the fan and it looked pretty good.

Instructions for installation are poorly worded. Parts diagram saved the day.After the light turned on arbitrarily in the middle of the night twice, we turned the power off and ordered a different fan. We then replaced and returned this one with a different fan.

I have to say it was a bit tricky to put together, we were struggling to find the three slots above the top base where the led light was supposed to go so be patient while assembling this fan. It’s heavy so setting it up is a two man job. Now aside from that it works great. The speeds can be adjusted up to six times either faster or slower. There are three modes of light for led. You can set a timer for 1,2,4 or 8 hours as needed. The amazing thing about this fan is that it can be used clockwise or anticlockwise which isn’t a feature you see in most fans. The purpose for this feature is to create a downward airflow in summer and upward airflow in winter(for the heat distribution). Not only does it look nice it works perfectly too.

This thing is junk. We purchased two and neither of them now work. In the middle of the night the light will just turn on at random but none of the other functions of the fans work. Do not buy this item.

I LOVE this fan, but I hear a clicking noise when just the light is on. Anyone else? Worries me how long it may last.
