    The fan can with only a one sheet picture instructions which were NOT clear. Installation of the remote were on a separate sheet and the there is no way to fit the receiver in the small space above the ceiling mount. The anchor wasn’t even the standard size and had to be bent to fit into the junction box. There were no wire nuts included. Thankfully, our light and fan switches are wired separately and my husband was able to figure it based on the fan we removed. This was a cluster and had extremely poor instructions along with cheap construction. The only reason it is still up right now is because my husband was so frustrated with it that he was over trying to screw with it. The best thing I can say about it, is that it is quiet and it is esthetically pleasing.

     Nice sturdy fan. The wire for the fan and light as separate so if you opt to not use the remote you can wire into 2 wall switches. The fan has a pull chain you can use to control speeds. The remote is great if you do not want a pull chain hanging down or if you have just 1 wall switch for the entire fixture. Fans are never fun to install. This one was pretty typical.
