    This fan looks really elegant against the fire place.The only bad thing is no dimmer on remote.Other than this we love it.

    It’s an absolute fight to get any help from Amazon for a completely broken fan. Everytime I speak to someone on Amazon I am shut off from the chat and told different things each time.
