Beautiful fan, it’s rather time consuming to assemble and takes 3 or 4 people to install. Not worth quite as much as they charge… I’d say closer to half this price would be more in the ballpark of what I’d say it’s worth. At the cost of the fan , it should include having someone install it for you!

Fan is perfect. Installed it at 10 feet off the floor in a vaulted room with a peak of 20 feet (see picture). Even at the slowest speed I feel a breeze on the floor. On the highest speed it moves a nice volume of air around the room. Perfect center piece for the room and gets a lot of attention. Scaffold made the installation easier that a regular ceiling fan.

Piece of garbage, I tried over and over to explain that my licensed installer stated that the motor was broken after the wires were connected. I contacted amizon who advised me to contact the seller and to report back to them with what they said. After going back and forth several times I was told that there was nothing they could do for me, they would send me a replacement but I would still be on the hook for uninstalling, reinstalling, the original installation and any other additional costs. This would have put me over the price of the actual item. I’m sure the company is fine but DO NOT buy this from Amazon you have been warned

2 major defects… fan only when one speed and a broken part. $675 was the cost for Installation (was a LOSS). “MY LOSS” I will make my purchases more strategically, with the idea to foretell a situation like this one. Amazon did not do enough, maybe a local purchase could have responded better (most definitely not worth the saving, now I’m upside down)

Piece of junk! Cannot be installed without atleast 3 people just to raise it without breaking it due to how fragile it is. Poor design and way more complicated than necessary to assemble. Cost is insane for what you get! Don’t bother purchasing. Waste of money. I returned it and still no refund. Very disappointing.
