Purchased this light in November of 2021 and had installed in January 2022. The bright light setting that we use started flashing very quickly, almost like a strobe light. The yellow toned light works without flashing. I’ve read several reviews and see the company offers a replacement LED board but the Amazon listing states it is currently not available and they do not know if it will be available. I also cannot find the information to contact them directly to get this resolved. Any suggestions?

We wanted to have a fan above our dining room table but not a traditional ceiling fan. We found this and it was the best of all worlds. The fan tucks away nicely and is hidden. The fan has 3 speeds and is very quiet. We are very pleased. We had the fan just over a year and the soft white lights went out. Even though we were outside the warranty period the company was very helpful in getting us a new LED light bar. I would recommend this if you are looking for something more stylish but still functional.

Love the fan, and most of all I love the retractable blades.The only thing was that after a few month the light stop working, but I contacted the seller and they were very helpful and quick to send me a replacement, for that I would give 5 stars. ( I hope I don’t have the same problem in a few months.I recommend adding protection plan when buying.

However we installed it, it worked for one day My! The next day it came on briefly now no light again. This really needs to get figured out and fixed.My light on my ceiling fan quit working, it flickered several times and quit.Please help. i received a response on the same day and was promised a new light assembly, if and when that happens I will happily give this company 6 stars!!!I am quite frustrated at this point!!!!You sent a replacement light and power box, now we literally have to push the light button 30 to 40 times before the light comes on. This is ridiculous are you going to stand by your product or not!!!I pushed the button to turn my light 96 times to no avail I am really tired of this!! At what point are you going to take care of this?!!!!

I bought this Fandian 42Inch Modern Ceiling Light with Fan in December of last year. I was and I am very impressed with the product’s simple yet very modern look. I bought it for my home office. Three different lights certainly set the right mood for the work; fan is very quiet and cools the room rather quickly.What makes this product even better is the Fandian’s customer service. A little over six months into the use and the white LED light gave in. I connected with Fandian team via Amazon and got their response within a matter of hours. Their communication was very courteous and professional, they helped me understand the problem, recommended a couple of solutions and when none of them were effective, they promptly sent me a replacement light kit. I am quite impressed to see how in a short amount of time my issue got resolved, i.e. within 4 days of raising my concern to receiving the new light kit.I would certainly recommend this product and Fandian to my friends and anyone who is in the market to upgrade their light/Fans to a classy product.

This fan is amazing. It looks great and so modern. It puts off such a good wind when it is on. It has 3 speeds and 3 different led lights to choose from. It’s great that the blades don’t stick out all the time to collect dust.
