like the low profile. now I can do jumping jacks without hitting the ceiling fan lights, and the different lighting modes, and 6 fan speeds. dislike the remote control I just want to turn it on and off with my switch, and can’t change the bulb. Wire white to white and black to black and green to ground bare wire.

These are light weight easy to install fan lights. And look really cool. Very Modern looking. Has multiple functions for light intensity and hue as well as fan speeds. The light rim also glows in The dark a while when shut off. The fan is hidden so no annoying blades or flicker. We bought two for the living room so couldn’t be happier with our choice.

Nice for a low ceiling on 4th floor loft. I think it’s beautiful, and I love that you can pick what tone of light – I like white light, as opposed to yellowish. Generates good flow, but more if you’re close to under it. I’d like to feel the flow a little more when I’m on the bike (I do feel it, just not as much if sitting on the futon) and there’s not a whole lot of differences with the 1 through 6 flow settings, but I still love this fan. The only difficulties I had putting it up was the light I removed had a bigger base, so I had to dig out the ceiling paint before installing……

My only problem was the instructions were not thorough. I believe there was a loss in translation some where along the line. Also, it included bolts that I had no tool to install if I wanted with a round head. Later a friend told us it was if you want to install with cement. (Who has a cement ceiling. This alone is a scary thought). I basically connect the bracket to the j-box I had in the ceiling from where the previous fan was hung from. I connected the 2 ground wires together and capped them as well as capping the other 2 pairs of wires. The color and night time lighting are great! The fan speed works great too. Don’t forget counterclockwise direction for summer and clockwise for fall when using your fan. The remote has all the settings you need. When you turn the fan to 6 (top speed) it sounds similar to a blade fan stand.
