Love the look of the lights and fan. Only gripe is customer service said it could be used on a sloped ceiling. Nothing in the kit allows for use on a sloped ceiling unless you want the fan pointing off to the side at an angle.

Usually ceiling fans are installed with a ceiling bracket and joint type design. This is not. The cover is secured to a flush bracket and the rods are screwed into the cover. Since there is no “joint” it cannot be installed on a slanted ceiling. Plus the design makes for a difficult install on a level ceiling due to trying to screw in all the rods and fan while simultaneously supporting everything. Don’t believe for a second that this is a similar installation to other ceiling fans. Where the fan and rods are supported buy the bracket while you can take care of the wiring and then place the cover. Not so with this fan. Take heed and move on to another caged fan with a better install. I’ll be returning this one.

Product description showed 4 down rods, however the product only came with 3. I am in need of the 4” rod as shown. I would not have purchased otherwise.
